¨ Represent ownership interests in dealings with management on repositioning strategies, contract negotiation and financial performance matters ¨ Analyze financial results vs. budget ¨ Monitor sales and marketing initiatives ¨ Site visits to ensure that the management team is effectively managing, marketing, and maintaining the property ¨ Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of key management staff ¨ Monitor operating expenses to ensure they are in line with comparable properties and industry benchmarks ¨ Evaluate training procedures ¨ Monitor any legal or labor issues ¨ Participate in the development and approval of the sales and marketing business plan, capital improvement plan, and operating budget ¨ Evaluate all pricing strategies and yield management practices to maximize revenue ¨ Analyze monthly status reports provided by management and compare to approved goals ¨ Attend management meetings ¨ Provide written reports to client
